Team Bios

tahlheadshotBefore launching KeithFerrazzi.com, Publisher Tahl Raz was the cofounder and CEO of Jewcy, a multi-platform media company encompassing an online magazine, live events, off-Broadway theatre, and branded merchandise. Tahl's other gigs include a stint as a reporter in the Middle East, helping launch a dot-com called MyPrimeTime, on-air correspondent for an NPR-distributed radio show on digital culture called "Beyond Computers," and Senior Editor at Fortune Small Business. He was also named one of America's top 30 business journalists under the age of 30 by the trade publication TJFR. Tahl's professional passion is creating art and media that move people (and trying to figure out the whole Internet thing in his spare time). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Vassar College.

saraSara Grace is our Managing Editor. Previously she worked as a writer and editor at Stratfor.com, a global intelligence firm, and Reason magazine. She has served as the Communications Director for Menemsha Films, a foreign film distribution company, and worked in script development at Aquinnah Films. Her degree is from UT Austin’s Plan II Honors College – Longhorns, give her a special shout out! She is originally from Washington, D.C., thinks The Wire is the best TV ever created, and keeps a blog on personal transformation through running at mythousandmileyear.com.

craigDirector of Digital Operations Craig Leinoff was born in Glens Falls, NY. He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and moved to New York in 2006. He enjoys The Office and bibimbap. He was the Director of Technology for Jewcy Magazine until 2009, and later worked as the Lead Web Developer for the New York State Senate, helping to launch NYSenate.gov, the first transparent online initiative by any state legislature.

Ryan BioRyan Geist is our social media manager and content producer.  He got his start as a consultant with Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice where he helped both Deloitte and its clients build innovative talent management programs. You can typically find Ryan cruising Keith’s social media profiles, editing videos, and creating webinars and webcasts for KeithFerrazzi.com. Ryan got his start with Ferrazzi Greenlight this past April when he traveled the country with Keith on the Who’s Got Your Back book tour.  Ryan's ultimate vision is to accelerate and amplify team cohesion through the creative experience of producing fun and engaging videos that are optimized to “go viral” within an organization.  Think Weird-Al for Big Blue.
